		<description>There is a huge amount of satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals. Similar to you, it was in 1993 (and I was 45 too) when my terms changed. I started running aged 13, so it took that long!

		<description>Joan, awesome post, and I can totally related to your sacrifice in the 5K (although not on an elite level). I have on 2 occassions (once for a lady friend who was attempting to qualify for Boston, and once for my son who was running his first half-marathon), paced someone so that they, not me, would be successful. You are awesome. Happy Mother's Day!</description>
