But John won't be taking any time off for silly dancing (or playing with puppies). He's training all the way 'til US outdoor nationals, where there will be an exhibition Masters mile. As an "old guy" who competed at Duke in the Southeastern Masters on the weekend you ran, I am wondering why you chose the Duke Twilight instead of the big masters meet?
