We ask liitle kids what they want to be when they grow up, but when they are old enough to make choices or take steps to go towards some kind of direction or goal, we don't REALLY ask them. We tell them, go to College or University, get a degree and a job, buy a house, get married and have kids and figure it out. Perhaps everything is so fast these days, that the 20 somethings dont have time to "think ahead" 

So, I like the idea for your talk for the reason you stated, but also as a way to show them, this is the point in the path that was taken back then and this is now, what do you see was the journey? Where do they see their journey?</description>
